Bidra med feedbackI have never had a good experience at this restaurant. I always call ahead or order through the app, but despite ordering 5-6 times from here, my food is never ready on time. The last time I ordered, they said it would be ready in 21-27 minutes but I waited over 35 minutes before going to the restaurant, only to find that my food still wasn't ready. I always order a drink with my meal but they consistently forget to provide me with a cup. These are simple things they could improve on, but they never seem to do so. I will not be ordering from this place again. I am very disappointed and things must change.
I always try to enjoy this restaurant, but they make it challenging. I ordered online today at 5:10 am and received a confirmation email stating that my food would be ready in 23-28 minutes, which I paid for. I arrived at 5:45 (after the promised time) and was informed that my food was still being cooked, so I didn't receive it until 5:57. When I finally got home with our Boneless wings, I was disappointed. They were very small and hardly resembled wings. Some were as small as a quarter, more like popcorn chicken. I ordered 50 boneless wings and 20 of them were not up to size. For the price, it would be better to go to Hooters, Wing House, or even Beef O'Brady's where you get what you pay for. It was very disappointing because I am a fan of their wings.
The food at this restaurant is decent, but placing an online order can be a frustrating experience for some reason. There have been instances where the food takes an unusually long time to arrive and is packed in a chaotic manner that is almost comical. Most recently, I encountered an issue where the Wingstop website instructed me to call the restaurant in order to cancel a pickup order. However, when I spoke to the manager, I was informed that I needed to cancel the order myself (which was not possible on the website) and I was not provided any assistance or refund. Now, I have to wait for customer service to process a refund. The numerous negative reviews regarding service and wait times are definitely warranted. I would recommend trying a different Wingstop location if possible.
The food is slammin every time I go, but these people have no idea of time. Expect your food to take at least 15 extras, then what they told you. Also ask for your sauce, it ain?t in your pocket.
I believe the potential is there for this to be a successful location. However time management and better planning will help this location. As a resident of this area I can say the food is great, but the wait times and the disconnect of being customer centric is evident in this location. Bring in more qualified candidates and management.
