Bidra med feedbackUsually like this place who was in the shift today had a terrible attitude and tried to argue with me about something I totally understood, good customer service goes a long way, I was ready to get something else.
I had it for the first time. I asked for a coffee and got a cup of hot water. The 75 is much better.
1/28: Betsy with all means is a very nice woman and seemed working in the morning weekday car thru on her own. She apologized and was outrageous as if she hadn't said it more than 5 times. Thank you for your hard work and kindness. It was a good smile for my day. 1/29: got my ordinary coffee. The guy did it right. I got my coffee and asked if the order was correct and he says, yes we just didn't put the stickers. I often get this coffee and know he's not right?
At this point today and the lady over the tuning box in the drive thru had an unprofessional attitude. I'm asking for a mid-frozen hazelnut coffee. She really told me that I didn't feel like that. I told her, sorry. I ask her if the machine is down, she didn't say anything. I told her if you want to be rude and choose who you want to drink, because I don't want to place an order here with your bad attitude. When someone else came into the tuning box and told me they'd make my frozen hazelnut coffee. The lady there at 11:33 am today, if you do not take a bad day to the customers. It makes the place to see how they set women of your race with attitude problems.
OMG Mrs Pam is the baker and she's so sweet and an amazing lady she makes everything fresh and the staff there are wonderful too I just love them there it's an amazing place and their food is delicious and coffees are great!!! Clean very friendly!!!
