Beef 'o ' Brady 's

We saw the new ownership sign hanging up and hoped for the best. We have eaten here many times under the previous ownership and the service was always mid but the food was always good and made up for it. Tonight was horrible and one of the worst eating experiences we have had. We ordered chips and queso which took 30 minutes to come out. The wings we ordered were under cooked even though we ordered them well done. The fries were old and looked/tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. We also ordered a Asian shrimp rice bowl that was inedible. The service was just as bad if not worse than the food. No communication and substantial wait times. We typically love Beef's and eat at them all around the Tampa area but this one is not one we will be eating at again.

The sign says under new ownership but that does not mean everything has changed. We were there in the afternoon and the restaurant only had about 3 people in it eating. It took several minutes to be brought menus and we ordered drinks. My drink cup was dirty and when ask for another the waitress seems very displeased. The food arrived within a standard time however the rice and mashed potatoes seemed to have been either cooked yesterday or been sitting in the pot way too long. I will not start on the bathrooms as you can reach on own conclusion. All the employees seemed to disappear when it was time to pay the bill and we had to be looked for them. Even then there was no one to be found. We had to open the door of the restaurant as if someone came in to get someone to come out and even that took time. Needless to say the new owner might not be the issue but it needs new management for sure!!

I’ve been going here for years, since it opened. I love wings. They have really good wings. It changed ownership and for a short time I stopped going but the new ownership seems to have gotten the place on track. This is a great place to watch a game as they have a lot of tv’s.

Food was very good both times we were there, burger Monday and Taco Tuesdays. We had the specials and were very pleased with it. However, the service was extremely slow both times. It's like they are operating with a minimum staffing. We will likely head back as pricing was very reasonable we felt.

Service is ALWAYS terrible. There are plenty of people working and everyone takes forever!! We would go more but the service is terrible and it’s ALWAYS slow so it never makes sense.Never a sense of urgency.
