Burger King - Weslaco

I LOVE BK FRIES, MY FAVORITE! But this time I opted for onion rings. Unfortunately, this restaurant left me unhappy. I ordered through the app hoping that the food would be ready but it wasn't. My food was lukewarm not hot enough to claim it was freshly prepared: the beef was cold as the nuggets, the onion rings were missing thicker onions, they were still crunchy though! The staff was skimpy with condiments, napkins, spices; I had to ask for each instead of serving myself at the drinks counter, like many BKs! No choice of teas available for self-service. I would still stop by when in a hunger pinch but not regularly. I liked the new nuggests' price package, 8 for a $1.

Truly the worst Burger King I've ever been to. They've gotten orders wrong where they forgot either a side or drink several times. They've also not answered the drive thru at all and I have been here waiting for 20 minutes just so someone can take my order. After asking if anyone was there, no answer at all during their opening hours. Simply ridiculous. I saw two workers in there too.

So first off the cashier hated her job obviously, her vibe was completely flat she needs an energy drink in order to speak up or something, no customer service at all. Asked her about a deal and she was nearly whispering like what is that? ???????????. But whatever I got my food on time I guess.

The two for ten fish combo is very good. All of the tables were dirty we had to clean our table the best we could so we could sit and eat

Every time I come here, my order always gets messed up. They don?t pay attention and always get it wrong! Make sure you always check your food once you get it!
