Fantastic! stefan and his beautiful alpe have a genuine and naturalness as I could no longer imagine them. not an alpine bargain, but small and fine. fine self-made feed. so it should be when you come after the hike around the corner. sustainable, tasty and beautifully dressed his regional products. his beer... heavenly! and he himself is one of the most authentic and sympathetic types I have ever seen.
