Cafe Click - Werden

Cafe Click is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and offers a relaxed cafe atmosphere with options for both indoor and outdoor seating. Food quality and price value was average, and they have a full bar menu. I would recommend visiting in good weather and...snagging a seat outside.

We were frequent clients to this place for at least one year. Sometimes it happened to go there even times at the same day. The last one month we have seen incredible things by the owner but we experienced personally some as well. Firstly...her behaviour to the personnel is horrible. The young personnel is most of the times very helpful and kind . We have heard them talking to each other for the owner and complaining that they are tired of her and that she pushes them to the limits intimidating them all day long. We were witnesses of some fights the owner had with clients shouting at them i heard you do not like my cafe , I do not want to see you here . One of our friends ordered a beer , while he was drinking it he complained something is not right although it was the first time he was trying this kind of beer. After some sips he complained the taste was like getting more intense in his throat like someone put a lot of lemon or sulphur and it was kind of burning him. We decided to try the beer and of course we immediately spit it because it was a rotten beer. We talked to the waiter and informed him that something is wrong with the beer . Our intention was mostly to inform them so they do not serve it to the other people. The sister of the owner called as asocial for returning the beer after drinking half . She was commenting and pointing at as to the other clients again with the word asocial . The owner was telling us to shut the mouth because she is her sister and we should get out of there. The waiter who was honest apologized to us on behalf of them and confessed that he tried the beer and it was bad of course whispering because he was affraid. He kind of showed us he was also tired of these two out of control ladies. In any case we never asked the money or another beer, we tried to inform them as frenquent clients to check the beer. I recognize a mistake to us, we should call the police there. But we already are thinking of talking to the protection of the consumer and any other german service which is engaged on the quality of the products of these businesses , by making an official complaint for this cafe. The owner can become dangerous if somebody returns or complains for the food or the drinks. They were aware of the bad beer they were serving but they problem was why returning that half. They preferred our friend to drink it all and maybe have some stomach problems or other health issues. Dear owner , the world we live in is not your property to attack people, either they are your personnel or clients. If your nerves are broken and you cannot control your aggressive behaviour do another job. I hope the services here work , because you deserve to be checked as a non trustful business.
