Bidra med feedbackWe originally asked for departure. We ordered two meals with noodles, shrimps and orange chicken. They didn't give us the orange chicken! Good thing we decided to dive in, or we found it at home. We complained and they only looked at us without saying a word, then a server filled a small box with the chicken and continued to dangle it over the counter. How to say ?come and get it?? We asked her to bring it to us because it was her fault. They did, but the whole experience was treated with a bad attitude. No apology, just no words ever. They lost 3 long-term customers.
The employee who took my order was extremely unhappy with my presence. Probably because I had interrupted her while she was on her cell phone. She seemed bothered because I ask if they had any beef broccoli. The employee who took my payment walked away in the middle of my transaction. I had no idea if my payment went through or if should reach over the counter and get my food. All of this while the cook was splashing hot water on the splash guard, while there was uncovered ingredients and uncovered cooked food near. I don 't have a receipt number, to show when I was there because I was not offered one. I was going to complain to the manager but I believe that was the bothered employee on her cell phone. I 'm glad I went though, because it reminded me of how small portions are, except for the undercooked rice. There was plenty of that.
Much of the food was being freshly prepared when we arrived. Great bang for your buck! Orange chicken was delicious ? kind of sad about the taste if both fried rice and chow mean, a lil on the bland side.
Let's begin with a brief visit into the past. When Panda Express opened up in Wenatchee I was one of the first in line. With Excitement and curiosity to try this chain restruant for the first time, I went in unbiased. I ordered the beef and broccoli large entree. To say that it was beef and broccoli was a overstatment, what i actually got was the smallest portion size of broccoli with beef that teetered on edge of existence. It was a bad first attempt at Panda express, one that had me avoid it for several years. Cut to 2022 and I gave it another attempt, I'll post a unedited picture of the beef and broccoli in its glory this includes untouched portion size. I live about 40 minutes away so going back isn't a option when you get home.
I work here and eat the food daily, still like it. Good prices. Best staff ?. For the most part, and all round good place to eat. P.S the family feast is by far the best deal.
