3 Stars is not a bad rating, it's an average rating. If I add up all my trips to this store and divide by all my trips to this store, It's 3 stars...which is good, no reason to avoid this location.KFC chicken is generally delicious, but it varies based on cook times. Sometimes the flavor is over the top. Sometimes the chicken is overcooked.My last trip here was an example (see the pic). Does this look like a $11.75 meal? I don't think so! The leg and thigh are both small, as chickens go. And they're over cooked the breading was very dark, I've come here at other times when the presentation was spectacular the pieces of chicken were huge and the box looked full. So I'm just saying, it's kind of hit or miss with this store.

Food is ok, and employees are kind and helpful but I'm pretty sure there Drive-thru speaker system needs an upgrade. Employees have a very hard time hearing our order, resulting in repeated wrong/missing items.

The food is top quality and my entire meal came out literally before my friend who ordered after me finished ordering. The staff is always friendly. They do their job well, but clearly aren't brainwashed by corporate overlords. Didn't try to force upsales or anything. They also play great music and have an immaculate vintage vibeParking: There's a large lot that's set up so you don't have to back into or out of any of the spotsKid-friendliness: Plenty of kid-friendly options on the menu. It's clearly a family-oriented restaurantWheelchair accessibility: The doors are easily wide enough for someone with a wheelchair, though they are double doors so someone would need to help open them. There are no steps or curbs to prevent access to the door

Food was great, fries were crispy and seasoned well. Service great! Definitely recommend ?
