Bidra med feedbackSO FANTASTIC!! Dinner was delicious and my dietary needs were accommodated without fuss or extra charge! Dessert was heavenly! I like that we were able to choose between the cozy and quieter cafe side or the bar side for our meal service. The menu offers such a wide variety of flavours and in a price range I can afford. I can't wait to treat myself to another meal...until I try them all ;
Amazing warm, friendly atmosphere...the whole hotel/cafe/pub is like an oasis to get out of any kind of winter blahs. All of a sudden, winter is kind of a magical wonderland. The fireplaces with seating from some kind of magazine photo shoot are just one part of the beautiful decor....venture upstairs and take a peek at the cozy rooms that clearly state 'romantic hideaway. ' Wells is at the end of the road and not exactly a metropolis which is it 's charm....SO it is up to us to complete the picture by filling the seats with diners enjoying really great food. Skiers.....it is a short drive for a really memorable apres-ski experience. Quesnel people...we saw 4 moose on the way up so combine a wilderness drive with a fabulous meal...you 'll be glad you did.
Amazing food, caters to special diets. Daily specials are always a great. Jewel hidden away in Wells BC, but worth the trip.
We had two wonderful meals on Dec 22 and 23 when we came out to Wells for a little pre-Christmas getaway. The cafe decorations were beautiful and the food was great. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed attentive service. Eating creme brule and pumpkin cheesecake in the chairs in front of the fire was a treat. We highly recommend the trip to Wells to try out the Pooley Street Cafe.
Congrats to Tamara and Bob for all their hard work and dedication to the new Pooley Street Cafe! The menu is very exciting, eclectic, and delicious. As it’s my favorite meal I’m also super excited to start a Sunday Brunch Club. Their Benny Florentine was delicious! Great coffee too. Go tonight for dinner!
