Starbucks - Wellington

My absolute favorite spot for coffee in town, yes even against the other three Starbucks. These folks are always polite and move like lightning when I order. Reading through these other 1-star “reviews” I see a LOT of whiners. Good grief folks, they’re just human and there’s 10000 of you at all times making mountains of orders and impatiently sighing and tapping your overly pricey shoes. This store and it’s staff are wonderful and if you disagree, as I said before, there’s so many other options for you to go be a big baby at nearby.

This is a really good Starbucks. The decor is clean and modern. There are plugs and USB charging everywhere, even hooks to hang bags. This is very mobile office friendly. There are also outdoor seating with giant umbrellas to save you from the sun. They have high seats, low seats, and comfortable cushioned chairs. The staff is great. I had asked what the dessert desert is and was told it was the brownie heated it. She wasn’t kidding it was EXCELLENT! Get that for dessert. You won’t be disappointed. My drink was done correctly and quickly. Staff is very friendly, but I just wasn’t greeted when I came in like I am at other area Starbucks in West Palm (Clematis St. .

I used to love this Starbucks and the staff that came along with it. Most of the staff is new (or filling in from other locations) and they are just not the same. The vibe is completely off, they stare at you for a minute before even saying hello, and they are extremely slow. I'm okay with slow, as long as my coffee comes out correct but the last 3 times I've been there they have given me what looks like mud or clouds. Either there is no oatmilk at all or there is so much that is all you taste. No happy medium. Get it together Starbucks your drinks are too expensive to not be made correctly.

I love Starbucks in general but on this particular day, was not a good day. My coffee tasted burnt and I had order a total of 4 drinks. As a matter of fact, they all tasted burnt and we took them back and received 4 new ones and they too were burnt. I am not sure what happened that day, maybe it was because it was later in the evening when we went. So this review was based only for the last visit I went there. I will go back again and see if its different.

We ordered 3 frappuccinos and they weren't frozen/icy at all.
