Los Jilbertos Mexican Fast Food

Love this Mexican food place! SO delicious. Huge portions. Great prices. Kind and quick staff. They also have a drive- thru for convenience. I would definitely recommend Los Jilbertos.

SUPER MAD AT THE SERVICE! I tried calling an hour before they closed so that I could in hopes be able to pick up my food after I walked there, but also so they wouldnt have a customer me) show up right as they were getting ready to close that night. I decided to keep trying as I took the walk, which is just over 1 mile from my room figuring that I would just have to order when I arrived, worst case scenario. I was starving after working all day I'm staying at the motel down the street and there are no stores or any other places to eat or get food anywhere within walking distance) I arrived 20 minutes before they closed. The doors were locked. I peered inside to see two woman sitting around inside just staring at me standing there outside trying to get in.. They couldn't even get up to come tell me they were shut down early why. So, I went back on foot, all the way back with no dinner for me my wife.

Jilbertos in Wellington is a winner! We rolled in after driving through the night from Texas and they were open! We were excited ? My wife is a huge fan of the Betos style restaurants, and this one absolutely hit the mark. I went with the fish tacos, and they were superb—crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of fresh toppings. My family went with the rolled tacos, and they loved them just as much. One thing that stood out was how fresh everything was. The rice and beans were hot, and I mean steaming, which is exactly how I like them. The flavors were spot on too—just like you 'd hope from a place like this. The service was quick and friendly, and the whole experience was exactly what we were hoping for. If you 're ever driving through Wellington and craving some good Mexican food, Jilbertos is definitely the place to stop. You won 't leave disappointed! ?? Best place for a trucker in the middle of nowhere, Utah to get a quality bite. Great portions and pricing, it reminds me of TX tacos near the Mexican border. Right now they have a Pineapple Cream Soda drink from the fountain... and of course, glass coke bottles, topos, and jarritos... If you know you know. So happy to have stumbled across this place last minute. Nice folks.

Stopped here on a road trip through Utah. Breakfast burritos were delicious. Highly recommend this place.
