Mac's On The Pier - WELLFLEET

Mac's on the pier is a great spot for a casual meal and we've been coming here for years but were pretty disappointed with our lunch there yesterday. Two of us ordered the fried oysters....one in po' boy and one plate. I'm not sure if the the fry oil needed to be changed or what but the oysters were fried to a dryness that was not pleasant or tasty. The po'boy orderer thought there was something missing in the sandwich. Not a cheap lunch and usually worth it but not so much this trip. Disappointing. Dietary restrictions: gluten free

I had such a hankering for fried clam strips and this really hit the spot! Perfectly done, generous portion, and a gorgeous sunset too. Can’t ask for a more perfect evening on the Cape.

The fish and chips is reaaalllly good. The steak sandwich is nice and tender. This place has a great vibe

Always a delight. Picnic tables looking over bay in wellfleet. Simple food. Delicious. Expensive. But worth it. Very rustic. Nothing fancy.

Should be called Mac 's overpriced seafood 100% a Tourist trap Lobster was Ok Bread was very soggy The View is nice
