Restaurant Fuxbau - Weissenstein

This is high-end eating, it is not cheap, but for what they get it's good worth. eating, wein and service are all michelin quality. we had very unusual and diverse dishes. eating is unbelievable, but the wee pairing took it to another level. the weeping were all as diverse and unusual as eating, but together they were raised. I highly recommend to take the owners advice and guide him through the menu and the specialties, knowing and enthusiastic made the experience even more unforgettable.

We visited most days after skiing on the way to our hotel, we also ate a few times. beautiful atmosphere with a busy outrage for when it is good. the employees speak English and also have an English menu to make the things easier....The goulash was beautiful and very filled.

Very small and cozy place with few tables. The waitrice was very nice and made fun with us. Had an amazing cray fish soup and a very nice Tartar. Afterwards, enjoying The Sun in their sunbeds is also very nice.

Stumbled onto this wonderful restaurant while skiing in the Arlberg region. Worth a detour! (in ski terms: worth skiing down to the Stuben village it's only a 3 minute walk from the slopes) Had lunch there two days. They have a changing menu of...local game focused specialties, such as ravioli filled with minced ibex meat in a venison broth. Service is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable.

Wir waren 3 Tage in den Fuxbau Arlberg Lodges zu Gast. Das zugehörige Restaurant war top, hier muss man nicht nach Restaurants in der Nähe suchen, die Qualität und Kreativität ist klasse. Wir haben Knödel mit Pfifferlingen und Gebratenen Saibling (Filet keine Gräten mit knuspriger Haut) mit Steinpilzen, Karottenpüree und Kartoffeln gegessen. Beide Gerichte waren der Hammer. Zur Vorspeise wird ein selbst gebackenes, wirklich obergeiles (sorry, aber das war es) Brot gereicht, innen saftig außen kross, mit Lavendelsalz und ganz leichter aufgeschlagener Butter, ein super Geschmackserlebnis mit ganz einfachen bodenständigen Zutaten. Auch der Service war ganz toll und nett, danke nochmal an dieser Stelle. Absolute Empfehlung. Hingehen.
