Meglisalp, Berggasthaus - Weissbad

We stayed there for lunch during your hike in this area. We had to come down from the summit and went back to continue the hike. It was a steep descent I hate. But it was worth it. Food and view were great!!

I visited Meglisalp in August 2013 with a friend and stayed overnight in a very nice newly renovated room. We enjoyed eating there 3 times, lunch, dinner and breakfast included in the price of the room. Who would expect such a culinary jewel to be torn up in the Swiss mountains?! The meals were not only good, they were brilliant, amazing and in an atmosphere that is unmatched! Don't miss the Alps, an evening prayer that is spoken out every evening. You'll be a little closer to heaven!

After 2.5 hours of walking we thought of a quick lunch. To my surprise, the food was so delicious. The soup was excellent! I'd go back there if the restaurant was in town!
