Hibachi Buffet - Weirton

After a terrible experience yesterday in another Chinese restaurant, we still wanted a good Chinese meal, so we decided to turn on here. GREAT choice on our part!! First, it was a buffet before, but now is a real seat where you order from a menu. New owner, new way to do things. (We went a few times while there was still a buffet, but the quality had gone down so that we stopped going for a while. We went in and could smell how beautiful and clean it was! We were greeted by a very friendly woman who sat and took our drinks orders. We ordered spring rolls for our appetizer and when they came out, we were with how beautiful they looked! They were easily fried in CLEAN oil (you can say when Alt-Dirty oil is used and that was not the case here! The taste was very pleasant, so we were extremely relieved and happy. We ordered both Miso Soup with our meals. The server asked if we knew what it was (I guess she heard some complaints from customers who are unfamiliar? and was happy when we told her we know what it is and we love it! (Photo taken after I added soy sauce... my only complaint was that I am a bit of a salt aholic and it could have used more **** and a bit more flavor in the soup base. After all, our meals came out and they were FANTASTIC! The fried rice was fresh, not stale or dried, and all vegetables were obviously fresh before cooking and we could taste the sesame oil (yum! used in our food. Great service and absolutely the best Chinese/Japanese food we had in the area!

I was told that the buffet was gone and now a regular sit down restaurant. I wanted to check it out. Large menu with many delicious items. The food was great and the service was very friendly. Even taught me how to use chopsticks. It was better than Sumo.

Everything was delicious and we had a great service. The prices were reasonable. However, I was disappointed by the fact that they had no shrimp, but it was still a great experience.
