Stefan Rose and team at Herderplatz (not to be confused with the second bakery Rose in Weimar! has the best leaf cake I know and the largest selection every day. Absolute recommendation!
We arrived here with coffee sausage and light hunger. We were served by a young, big employee with a certain charm and were not disappointed. The coffee tasted and the poppy cake was the hammer. When we go back to Weimar, we take our coffee break there.
Very large selection and delicious bread. I am always served very friendly
Oh, how will I miss the breakfast rolls? And the delicious cake...
