The Hudson Cakery - Weehawken

My husband and I had two wedding ceremonies, and we ordered both of our reception cakes from Jennifer at Hudson Cakery.My husband has a gluten free diet, and we had one chocolate gf cake with peanut butter, and another vanilla gf cake with coconut. We also had tiers of regular, Almond cake with strawberry and vanilla swiss buttercream. I had SO MANY people come up to me and tell me it was the best wedding cake they have ever had!Both cakes were amazing, and Jennifer and team were so easy to work with from the tasting platter to pick up of our first cake, and delivery of our second. Plus, the larger tiered cake was an exact replica of the inspiration pic I had shared for the design.We can't wait to order more from the Hudson Cakery!

Obsessed with this custom western cake that Hudson cakery made for my husbands surprise party! It turned out exactly how I wanted it and tasted amazing! They were super nice and easy to work with as well. Would highly recommend!

This is now the second time we have used Hudson Cakery to celebrate our little boys birthday. Last year we did a Two the Moon theme and this year it was construction. Both times, everyone has been blown away by the cakes they have been the center pieces of our celebrations. For this year, all the extra details construction trucks, sugar traffic cones, striped 3, etc were over the top and the cake itself was delicious.Hudson Cakery is easy to work with, quick to respond and goes the extra mile to make your cake special.
