Bidra med feedbackI'm an enthusiastic firefighter customer. It was a ton of them, and that makes the poorest sandwiches. I've given them three chances since I've been close, and then disappointed every time. You just can't do it right. The quality of the sandwiches is not the same, they do not taste as good as they should. The bread is hard, sandwich is cold when it should be hot. Customer service is also not available with other locations.
Typically, Firehouse Subs but had a terrible experience with an employee earlier who has permanently pushed me away from this place. I went with my husband today after a long day of classes in the area and the lady behind the counter was nice enough to take his order, but when I told her that I wanted only a small sandwich, she continuously asked if I knew what size the little one was and kept it, even going to see the size of the bread for me. I knew what I ordered, and even if I didn't have it, as she treated it, it came as indecent. What this employee did not know is that I am on very strong drugs for a chronic disease with which I was recently diagnosed and my appetite was little to nothing for the last month. This little sandwich is all I can keep during any meal. I didn't want to tell her in the middle of the store and I shouldn't. I was too embarrassed that I always had to confirm that I knew what a little sandwich was. Extremely insensitive and employees need training as they address questions about orders with customers. Not soon back to this place.
The young man in the store is there. And that during lunchtime. If people don't get to work, I think the owner should be there. He had a great attitude and helped me with my order.
The service was pretty bad, I ordered for myself and the family. And my husband didn't get what he requested because they were out. I ordered large drinks and they were out also so we had no choice but to get small drinks. And I ordered sugar cookies and they only had chocolate chip. The place was clean but under staffed. Even though I put in my order online it had 7 people waiting in line. I felt that the service was decent, the lady communicated well but because of how much was out and how behind they were wasn't her fault. The company should have more workers and the workers their should be able to show online what products were out. I've been here before and didn't have these problems. Hopefully if I go back it will be taken care of. I would still recommend this place for lunch but to dine in and not order online just so that you can know what your getting because I didn't receive money back, I just could get other options only. It's a cool place to take the kids because of the firehouse decor and dinner appeal.
Showed up to pick up my sandwich and come to find out they had no ham at all. How does a sandwich show that has at least 6 menu items that feature ham not have ham in stock. Absolutely insane! And to make it even better the employees can't figure out how to process a refund
