Great homemade food, excellent service. It's our family favorite!

My family eats here quite often because we enjoy the food. However, the last 3-4 times we have the service has been terrible. Your food comes out one plate at a time here and there and that 's if they even bring your whole order. They nickel and dime you to death charging for ketchup, mayo and a surcharge for using a card. The servers forget about you and you have to walk up to the front and ask for a refill, ketchup they forgot, chicken nuggets they forgot, etc etc. The list goes on and on. Masks are never worn correctly everyone in the kitchen and front are all usually have them pulled to their chin. The food is usually good and we really enjoy it. You push the envelope on the desserts though. I am in the restaurant business I get food cost control. But, serving bad and nasty products is not the way to do it. I have only had that issue with the desserts. This is a small town business we have enjoyed supporting snd eating at. But, after our last few experiences we have tried over and over to give chance after chance. You should think about the valuable customers that spend hard earned money there. We have decided we will no longer be eating there sadly enough. Lots of burger joints in the area and competition is tough already, it 's time to step it up.
