Food is always fantastic. What made the difference this time is the extraordinary service of Shallu, who explaining with a smile my options. Unfortunately she declined to have her picture taken to accompany this review.

I have been a customer of Swiss Chalet for many years and dine in at least once a week. We happened to be in Mississauga and decided to have lunch. I must say with all honesty, the chicken had absolutely no flavour, which I have never encountered at Swiss Chalet. The fries were not the same quality either. However, this has been the same at other locations and we were informed by one that they were using a different vendor and by another that the potatoes were different. The server was very kind and offered to change the fries and grill the chicken, which unfortunately would not have made any difference.
