Service was excellent and food was amazing! First time having ribs here and I very satisfied. As a joke asked server I wanted my order to look like the picture and she made it happen ?????. Thank you!!

Omg..the worst wings I have eaten in any restaurant..They were fried,crispy and dried out.The few i tried to eat ,ate like days old wings,with the buffalo bbcue sauce thrown on them.

I used the Swiss Chalet app and selected “chalet valet curb-side” spot 3 when I arrived. I sat in my car for 10 mins past my pickup time expecting my food to be brought out to me, it never came. So I walked into the takeout area and asked for my food and let them know I was waiting and got no sorry no apologies. My food was sitting in one of the insulated takeout bags the whole time. I won’t be coming back to this location.

We came in to have the Thanksgiving dinner, we got 2 Thanksgiving feast dinners with white meat, the food was very salty by edible at least, there was a very loud group that was also dining in behind us, we asked to be seated somewhere else further away but they said they couldn't move us away, we found this odd since there was a lot of empty seating. The food was good, we paid and tipped, when we were walking out we noticed on the poster that we were suppose to receive a pumpkin pie slice and lindor chocolate with our thanksgiving meals... And we did not, the server didn't bring it to us or mention it to us at all. We paid for it since the price is Included in the meal but did not get it. It was genuinely a bad experience altogether.
