Finished a long day of work. All I wanted was to order hot&spicy chicken. When I came in the server was sitting on her phone and ignored me, she told me you cannot order right now we’re waiting on chicken. So I said hot and spicy chicken also she laughed and said no. They need to get rid of this staff I am tired of the disappointment every time.

Worse KFC from my experience every order is a 20min wait! Seems like they are trying to deter business, customer are always walking out from the wait it is ridiculous.

I've been to this KFC many times in my life and more then half the time the lady working has got my order wrong. I went in ordering a boneless combo (fries, chicken tenders, popcorn chicken, and drink) I checked my bag as I was leaving the store and I realized the employee forgot to give me my popcorn chicken. I later asked for my popcorn chicken but the employee simply declined it.
