Bidra med feedbackWe came for late lunch buffet on one of the weekends. Service was decent as crowd wasn't much. Ambience was really nice and tables were comfortable. There were enough vegetarian options as well. Desserts choices weren't that great. Cakes were okay but ice creams were delicious. We paid total of 60 dollars for 2 of us.
Great ambience, excellent staff who will always greet you with smile. The owners are also friendly and buffet has so many items to offer. We sometimes do go for al-a-carte and the best thing we go for is chole bhature. Just fill yourself up and relish it.
FOOD:<br/ We had come here on a Wednesday afternoon at around 1:00 pm for lunch. When we had walked-in, we were asked what we would like to drink; we both settled on water. Once we were given our water, we had asked if we could start on the buffet. We then made our way to the buffet which was at the back of the restaurant. We were quite surprised when we saw how much food there was available. <br/ <br/ On one end of the buffet, there were a lot of appetizer items, such as spring rolls, fries, samosas, pakora, and other smaller finger-foods. In the middle of the buffet, there were the curries, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, and other meat/vegetarian dishes. It was quite an abundance of items which made us happy to see! The last section of the buffet had fruit and salads, with quite a large number to choose from. There was also a section with a few cakes, and an ice cream freezer.<br/ <br/ In terms of the naan, we were asked at our tables which type of naan we would prefer plain, butter, or garlic; we chose plain and butter). In terms of the food quality, we found it to be very delicious as all of the items were very well-prepared, with a wonderful taste. I really enjoyed the butter chicken as I found it quite tender, and highly-appetizing. The appetizers such as the spring rolls, samosas, and roasted potatoes were delicious, and addicting as well! Overall, we were highly-impressed with the food quality, definitely well-worth our visit!<br/ <br/ ATMOSPHERE:<br/ When we had first walked into this restaurant, we were shocked at how beautifully decorated it was! At the front of the restaurant, there was a cascading waterfalls, with a large wine rack with many bottles of wine stored behind glass. As we walked to our seats which was a comfortable booth near the bar), we were impressed with the elegant light fixtures that donned the ceiling. We also loved the decor that was placed on the walls, along with how clean and inviting the restaurant was. Definitely one of the best decorated buffet restaurants that I’ve ever been to!<br/ <br/ SERVICE:<br/ When we had entered the restaurant, we were asked by a server at the front where we would like to sit. We were then brought to a booth near the bar, which was a bit tight however, we made-do with what we had. We did notice that at times, it was difficult to get a hold of someone in order to place an an order of naan bread or ask for water however, when we did find someone, we were able to get service right-away. Also, we loved how our dirty dishes were taken away very often once we had finished eating. Definitely great service for the most part!<br/ <br/ COST:<br/ 2 Lunch Buffets $15.99/Person) $31.98 Taxes $36.14 Total)<br/ <br/ WOULD YOU RETURN?<br/ Without a doubt! We found the food, service, and especially the cost to be well-above our expectations!
I like the food. A lot of options. It will sure fill you full and satisfied for Indian favorites. The service is slow, no one cleans any dishes, maybe is short of staff.
I lived 25 years in United Arab Emirates, the land of lavish and luxury food where buffets are the 'minimum ' you expect from any food establishment and hotels. To judge India Taste from the outside does not give it justice at all, don 't get me wrong, it is beautiful and well taken care of from the outside, but there is more to what meets the eye from the amazing interior design of the restaurant! How did they fit a full size bar, a descent size buffet, a dining hall and a private bookable party room in what looks like an average restaurant size from outside AND still manage an amazing interior with beautiful waterfall that really beats the heck out of me! Hats off to the designer. Now for the food. In general, and for me personally, Indian cuisine is not among the top 5 on my favorite cuisine list. We went to India 's Taste because my wife loves Indian food. Having said that, I had 3 runs on the buffet main courses! It was amazing! I just couldn 't find any flaw with anything! Very well cooked, spices mixed in amazing way that there is no specific spice overpowering the others and you end up tasting the same thing although you are trying different dishes! Every dish I tried you can taste it 's specific signature! Heck, I HATE SPICY FOOD but I ended up eating all of the 4 chicken kabobs I put in plate because they were SO GOOD! I never do that! I always prefer to save my taste buds from burning so I can enjoy the taste of the food not the taste of the spiciness, yet the chef, somehow, managed to make the kabobs spicy yet I was able to taste the chicken and the spices went into preparing it! Staff were very amazing. I met the manager and congratulated her for the amazing food and atmosphere. We are definitely visiting them again soon and will most likely be on our dine-in list of restaurants!
