Staff here are always nice and friendly. Food is always timely and good.

Went in Saturday to purchase a cake and waited at the counter five minutes while watching two staff members completely ignore us. It's important to note how disinterested the two young men looked. I put the cake back in the freezer and went elsewhere to purchase a cake. I've heard great things about this spot as my family has been going there for years however was thoroughly disappointed in the horrible service.

I had a terrible experience at this location on truscott drive, the service was at best fair due to the owner making the cashier do other things rather then taking my order, i can’t complain about the ice cream as it was good but customer service needs a big improvement if they want returning customers, I definitely wont be returning back even though i live close by it, i will go to the one on lakeshore and clarckson for a way better customer service !

Ordered a birthday ice cream cake 4 days ago, to be picked up at 12 pm today. Arrived at 12:10 and there was a sign that the store was closed for the day due to a water main issue. No one contacted me to let me know the store was going to be closed. Wasted time and a bus fare, too late to order from somewhere else and ended up with no birthday cake.Also, had a previous issue when they served us sour ice cream and when I requested a refund, the manager/owner dug into the trash can and gave me an expired coupon. Don't plan on ordering from here again.
