I stopped picking up a coke Zero fie Mt hubby and I. He waited for more than 10 minutes when I observed that 4 cars left me before they ever reached the order area. I placed my drink order and how I waited for these drinks, 3 other cars remain without their order!!!! So many revenues for the owner who's gone. I finally got my 2 drinks and had to get the gentleman in front of me to drive up a little to leave the line. He cried sadly to the staff. I hate this to happen to the staff. So, Mr or Ms Owner, please come in a shift if you don't and see what happens. Support the workers you have and let them know you appreciate their hard work. Do through those who are not interested, it is not good for the business to have warm bodies there on their phones. It frustrates and annoys also those who do a good job. Be ready to wait a bit. But the drink order was right.
We had a little problem with our order, but they were really nice about it and they fixed it. I enjoy eating there.
I wasn't happy with the food or service on this visit. The restaurant was from the article my wife originally wanted, but we understand that not always can be helped. When the car hop brought our food, I told him that one of our drinks should be a big one and he said I bought it as a medium and did not make a deal to repair it or ask if he wanted to change it. The foot long cone was subpar and tasted as if the hot dog had been on the warmer for several hours.
I prefer to order on the app, prior to arriving, to save time. Unfortunately, the menu availability on the app is seldomly accurate or updated (especially the featured Cake Batter shakes and Slushes). So, I'll order something different, SETTLING for something else. Upon arriving, I'll ask the staff when the featured items will be returning. They have on several occasions, explained they ran out of the items yesterday removed them off the app but currently have items and will gladly fill my request but at FULL price NOT at the 1/2 price shown on the APP. Shady!!! This seems like a bait switch trick, like at a car lot. Please, update your app take care of your customers..... Remember, A happy customer may tell a few people about a great customer experience, but an unhappy customer will tell EVERYONE about a bad experience.
