Dunkin' - Waynesburg

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered four Boston cream donuts but received four stale, incorrect donuts instead. My order consisted of three vanilla cream donuts, one unknown pastry, and one chocolate glazed donut with a hole in it. This was nowhere near what I had asked for.

The Iced Latte and Original Blend Iced Coffee were both prepared incorrectly and tasted like stale, burnt coffee. The MUNCHKINS Donut Hole Treats were also old and hard. Overall, it was not a great experience. The quality varies greatly depending on who is working, which is evident in the inconsistent results.

For some reason the food had a weird chemical burnt plastic smell and taste. drink was good though!

Got a bagel. Asked for light toasted but it was rock hard and burnt with less than a spoonful of cream

When I’m in Waynesburg for work I started stopping to get my same Large Cold Brew with Almond Milk 11 Splenda 11 SF vanilla shots.. I’ve should have learned by now but today was the 3rd time that once I pulled away n took a sip it’s ? plain.. no Splenda n no flavor like I requested! Come on 11 Splenda n 11 Shots of Vanilla when it’s made properly it’s sweet and that’s what I like.. one time here they made it good other than that it’s never flavored properly! I will never stop here again! 3 strikes and your out! I don’t understand why the workers making it won’t do what you requested and put how many shots/sugar you want.. Today if I didn’t need to be at work sooner I’d def turned around and went back! N complained!
