Outback Steakhouse - Waynesboro

My fiancée and I had an amazing dinner at this restaurant! However, what truly made our experience exceptional was our waiter, Eric. His personality and professionalism were outstanding. He was attentive from start to finish. This is exactly how customer service should be. Additionally, my future father-in-law's drink was quickly refilled by Eric. I live in Harrisonburg and I would definitely want Eric as our waiter again!

The main reason why I choose 5 stars is for the amazing service our waitress Ariel gave. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. But her service was so polite, on point and simply over and above. Thank you for a positive experience with my 3 year old son. Don't forget it.

The steaks were perfectly cooked. Our server was Brittany and she was very attentive. Very beautiful experience

Our nine ounces Filet Mignon was one of the best steaks I've ever had. Kotelett and cooked for perfection. The service was also great. Our server was friendly, helpful and always there when we needed it. What else could you ask?

We had a great experience at this restaurant. We ordered steaks and I specifically requested mine well done, but not burnt. They cooked it perfectly to my liking! The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Our food arrived in a timely manner. The bread was as delicious as always - fresh and warm.
