I visited the Spring Mill Bread Company a few times, and I absolutely love it. Staff and owners are friendly, welcoming and helpful. We live about 15 minutes away from him, but it is absolutely worth the trip, in my opinion. Your chocolate chips are to do die for - my favorite look. You always give free samples of everything you want to see if you like it before you buy it. If you like Great Harvest Bread Co, you will love Spring Mill- it is the new and approved version of the old shop. I think the parking lot in front of the store can be some pain, but it should not stop visiting anyone! Everything I cost is delicious! Make the trip... You won't regret it!
