Bagel O's Inc - Wayne

Terrible. Every time I order here the order is either wrong or something else bad happens. I waited an hour and a half for a delivery for two grilled cheeses for my two kids who are home sick. At an hour I called and was told she was leaving now (3min away) half hour later she shows up. The order was $15, I handed her a $20 bill and she says no change. She took the food back lol WHAT?!?!? Who does that!!!! Get it together bagel os. Never again! stay away from this horrendous establishment.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Food is prepared very fast and also tastes amazing.

As a contractor I am basically a bagel expert because we get to try so many different places. Bagel Os is my local favorite for reliably getting a great sandwich.

Service is awful. Old man in front is rude and was muttering something under his breath when I asked for a darker/well done bagel. Never coming back here again.

Unimpressed, food is average, counterperson gave me someone’s sandwich that had been sitting there for 5-10 min vs the fresh one that came out because they were too busy trying to entertain everyone else.
