Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Waxhaw

The blimey limey tastes watered down. So sad because I?ve had it before from this location and it was good but I don?t know when that changed. I even had it remade (which I rarely do) and it was the same. My free drink points went to waste. Hope all locations haven?t changed the recipe.

I always have a great experience here. The crew is so friendly and fast with my order. When I went this afternoon, one of the workers saw I had my hands full and didn?t hesitate to run over and open the door for me. Just great customer service that?s hard to come by these days.

I love these smoothies I order two or three a day literally! You definitely have to add on to some of the smoothies but for less calories and the price is great! Definitely recommend and the customer service has always been great! Also if you use the app to order you earn points and money off.

Please clean your grill. Lots of black grill debris on the quesadilla. Also, please keep the cafe sitting areas clean. Not that inviting at times. I normally get decent service and I?ll try and keep coming. But please address a few things. Best of luck and success!

The language barrier was so real. The person working the register barely spoke English and kept trying to convince my vegan daughter that they didn?t serve substitute chicken, when Tropical Smoothie is her go to for vegan chicken wraps . Oh well guess we have to continue to drive out to Red Stone in Indian Land .
