Dunkin' - Waxhaw

I had to use the drive-thru because the restaurant's lobby was closed. Fortunately, the line was not very long. The warm coffee was just what I needed on a chilly 37-degree morning in North Carolina.

I frequent this restaurant often and always order my meal with specific requirements. The staff consistently does an excellent job of preparing it exactly how I like it! The employees at the drive-thru are always friendly and welcoming, even during busy weekend mornings. I want to give a big shoutout to Brenda, who is always a ray of sunshine in the morning and never fails to brighten my day!

The hired are so rude here and never have the inner open so that the drive thru line goes out of the parking lot. I came today and waited in a 20-minute line. Once I could order, I asked if I could make two separate commands, and the girl answered no, our line is far too long for her to ask us to do two commands for a car when they take care of how long their line is, they should open their range. would not recommend this place a bit.

A drive through line literally 30 cars deep sat morning because they can't seem to open lobby anymore. Products on menu not available. Waste of time.

I come here a few times a month and every time it is amazing! Great and friendly customer service and the 2 girls who took my order today added Emma and Taylor my outfit and were super friendly and outgoing! It's gonna be a lot better than the Indian country.
