Bidra med feedbackThere seems to be a problem with the system that sends orders to the wrong location, and I've been informed that they couldn't deliver my order. Previously, we had to call to fix a similar issue, but this time I called the Waxhaw location to explain the situation and overheard a staff member yelling in the background, asking why they don't just drive over since they are so close. That was completely uncalled for! I've heard many others complain about the service, but I hadn't encountered it myself until tonight. I won't be spending my money at this place again until they have a more competent team serving customers. I'm very disappointed!
Update: I responded to Kyle’s request to email and haven’t heard back in 10 days, so I’ve dropped my rating from 3 to 1 star. Update 2: Although I never heard back from Kyle, I decided to give them another shot and, fortunately, I haven’t experienced any issues with the food or service. There have been some timing delays, but nothing too serious. Considering that along with the initial lack of communication, I think I can raise my rating to 4 stars.
Furthermore, I tried calling the location to inquire about my order but I was never able to get through. I pressed 3 to speak to someone since I had already placed my order, but that option wasn’t valid. As I write this, I've been waiting over 60 minutes on top of the estimated 28-38 minute wait time. I can only hope that my pizza is still warm when it finally arrives.
I had an unfortunate encounter on April 20, 2019, when the delivery driver was rude and had a terrible attitude. I regretted leaving a tip for him during the online order. That was the last straw for me; I don't want anyone treating my food carelessly. I called the manager, who offered me a gift card, but I declined. I’ve decided not to give this place my business anymore. To top it all off, the driver hit my window as if he didn’t have a doorbell, and then he took my pizza. The last time I thought he might have been having a bad night, but now I think he’s just an unpleasant person.
I find it a bit ridiculous that the only options for customization on my sandwich are to add more meat and cheese. Would you like extra sauce or maybe some extra bacon? Unfortunately, it seems that this isn't possible at Domino's. I wouldn't recommend going there.
