Harris Bar B Que - Waxahachie

My mother and I visited this place when it was in Hachie. I actually forgot they were moving. So, today I plan to go to another well-known facility next to Costco after shopping. I'm glad they had a power failure. On my way home I remembered this place was here and it was not disappointed. Actually probably the best place in Red Oak and I lived here 13 years, so I have eaten them all often. I'm sorry about the picture, but I tore the chicken, soaking and other ribs. My wife is usually very critical about my food selection at times, but she even admitted that this place was fantastic. She got the cut beef sandwich, again there was nothing to photograph.

Yes I eat a lot of BBQ. Finally stopped at this place, the chopped beef tried BBQ. It wasn't the best I had, but it was good. I'm a damp kind of person and it didn't disappoint. Stop trying this place. Friendly people, Fast Service. Easy access, on the service road of I35 in Red Oak.

I stopped by this small BBQ restaurant after work and have been wanting to try it for a while. The tea was refreshing and the ribs were cooked perfectly, rivaling any award-winning ones I have had. The brisket was also excellent with a great smoky flavor, a solid bark, and moist and flaky texture. This BBQ was done in the traditional Texas smoked way, no sauce needed. I highly recommend this no-frills Texas BBQ joint if you're ever in the area. Thank you for serving such a delicious product, you guys really know what you're doing.
