Red Lobster - Wauwatosa

Waited over an hour to get our drinks, biscuits, and to order. Food was cold. No one checked on us during our meal either. I will never be returning to this store. It wasn't even busy. Our server complained about how tired and sore she was and sat next to my husband while we ordered.

Busy Mother's Day to be expected. Management of bus boy frustration made clear to customers and of tables availability confusion. Lady upfront was nice as waited for table. Lots of servers, coming around table, but no extra napkins or silverware given. Shrimp linguine was very oily and missing the spices. Very spotty check ins with needs like plates for bread. Given enough biscuits which is a plus. Waitress nice.
