Picnic Basket (the) - Wauwatosa

The food at this restaurant is amazing! If you're in the mood for a delicious and fresh sandwich, this is the place to go. The portions are very generous and everything tastes so fresh. I would give them a 5-star rating solely for the food, but unfortunately, the staff can be underwhelming. While they are not rude, they are not exactly friendly either. The service can be incredibly slow, especially during busy times, and it feels a bit disorganized. However, if the staff can improve their service, this restaurant would definitely be a 5-star establishment.

I have personal experience working at the Picnic Basket and can attest to the freshness of the ingredients. Today, I ordered a 6 Bratbeef n Cheddar sandwich with Mayo, but unfortunately the Mayo was missing. However, the meat, cheese, and bread were all delicious.

I dined at this restaurant last week. It is a cozy spot with large sandwiches on the menu. I ordered the delicious BBQ cheese and bacon sandwich as well as the substantial Spinach Strawberry Salad. I highly recommend this place and plan to return in the future.

I want to write this review for weeks. So I work in the automotive sector where the relationship you have with each customer is so important. My story started with a long morning a few weeks back I was driving out of test one of our company cars for quality control in the rain wondering why I developed a headache. You haven't eaten today. So I move to the PICNIC BASKET on Bluemound order their weekly sandwich special, which was an amazing burger on Hoggie, which I then reach for my wallet and my bag is empty. Yep wallet is in desk drawer at work. I'm sorry to leave the door and the owner's holding me up. What happens next is the reason for this review. He says staying food then gets into his pocket and paying for my lunch and catch it the next time. Amazing businessman... I came back 3 days later paid him another big sand that came back for a week. I am now a customer for life!!!
