Kfc - Wauseon

Went in at 2:45 on Sunday, speaker had blown over, I did not see a sign saying go inside so I pulled up to the window and a very rude young girl told me there were signs all over I seen one I went inside and told her I seen one sign she very rudely saidwhat do you want to order I gave her my order she packed it up handed it to a boy to give to me he told me to have a nice day. Isuggest if you want to have a good business you get rid of people that treat others so nasty.

They've changed the recipe for the chicken and it tastes flowery or doughy no flavor! I fry better chicken then KFC!! This has been the case for quite a time. I would have given 0 stars if possible.

Ordered a chicken pot pie for lunch at the drive thru as i work down the street was eating and started choking from an inch and a half long chicken bone that got caught in my throat. Glad i have co-workers that think and react quickly. Would never go backand there seems to be no accountability here.

One of the few locations in this area, that seem to have their act together. Drive thru service is quick and efficient. Meals are always hot and fresh. By the looks of the parking lot, they probably operate on a small staff. Hats off to the manager andemployees! Not a close location for me, but would rather come here, because I know I can expect a good meal.

Overall, not a good experience. My family and I walked inside and began to look at the menu. A few minutes later a girl came to the register and told us it is not dine in service. So we ultimately had to order the food and take it to eat somewhere else.After we ordered we waiting in a line at the end of the counter to get our food. Some guy walked in and said he got a messed uporder, and did not receive one of his drinks. He began to get loud with the employee, but she handled the situation verywell. As far as the AW food goes, don't even try it. Not good, too much grease, not a good taste overall. On top of that, it isway too expensive for what you get. My husband got the AW food and I got KFC. He was sick the whole evening because of it. I wasjust fine.
