Came in to get a coffee for my mother and everything was okay until you could hear the two girls that was working whisper I didn’t tip… however I did and she just did not see it. That is behold low of the staff to do this.

I am always treated like a friend here ? I feel comfortable in their store. I appreciate their staff who are always kind and helpful. Shout out to the Wauseon store! My main location to visit ? thank you for helping me find my new favorite frozen coffee ? ?

This is my go-to place for my coffee! I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner and her husband and they were absolutely amazing! I did my normal drink order and she offered a free sample of an alternative which was amazing. I may have switched my go-to drink now because of it. There were some hiccups, slower service, during the ownership switch however I have seen great improvements to this place. I love the little kids section that's now there. Makes me feel less of a burden to bring my younger children in to grab a coffee. Truly AMAZING!

Very friendly staff. I love coming here. My boys love their magic milks.
