Noodles And Company - Wausau

I went to Noodles for lunch today and decided to try something different. I ordered the Spicy Korean Beef dish. I can usually handle some heat but two bites in my mouth was on fire. It was fairly busy in there but an employee/manager (I'm unsure) came up and asked us if we had tried anything new today. I said that I had and that it was really delicious but that I was surprised by the spiciness. He said that he would get me something else if I wasn't 100% satisfied. I said no, it's ok I only had a couple bites. I had one more bite and I felt like I was on fire, Ha Ha. I just couldn't eat more. The employee came back around and asked what I would like instead. I told him a couple of my usual orders and he brought me something different. I NEVER would have said anything. I was grateful that he noticed and I thought that was so nice and really wonderful customer service. I've always experienced great customer service at the Wausau location but today was above and beyond. Keep up the great work.

Omg I just tried the zucchini noodles and THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!! Everything is wonderful there and the staff rocks!

I 'm usually happy with food from here. Occasionally, food is VERY under seasoned. I had some underseasoned chicken noodle soup that was delicious but needed more than just salt. I told them 2 days later and someone REALLY stepped up. It 's never been 'perfect ' food, but it 's been presentable and tasty.

The team that was working when we came in to grab lunch this afternoon was fantastic! Friendly and efficient. The order was accurate, food was hot, and everything was delicious. Love all the additional options and substitution choices that Noodles has added to their menu over the years.
