Best burger I've had in a long time that I actually woke up the next day craving another one! The dining area inside was closed but the beer garden was open and we were able to order food from our table outside, which is nice considering I have 3 children, 2 of which who like to run around all day. And although I was worried that my kids running around would disturb people, all of the staff, even customers were very friendly and reassuring. So much so that I was able to actually relax and enjoy my food which is a pretty rare thing to do when going out with 3 children. All in all I am very happy with this place!

Service was good, the food was not. They do not have a dedicated cook and my entire parties' food was a grease pit. Made my mom sick.

First time here. Went on a beautiful Sat. For lunch. Sat in the Bier Garten. Beautiful spot. Food was very good... turkey wraps and chicken wraps were ordered as well as a patty melt and the cubano panini. All were very good and the steak fries were a cut above. The lemonade and rasberry tea were excellent as well. The servers need some training though. Table needed to be wiped...server did not bring a wipe till her 3d trip to the table despite letting her know of the need. As all the food was brought out we had to ask for ketchup despite every meal having steak fries. The server was very pleasant just need to be trained on the skills of a good server.

Arrived mid-morning, only one other table occupied. We heeded the seat yourself sign and had apparent eye contact with a waitress. Then we waited, and waited and waited. It felt like 10 minutes probably more like 4 or 5 but given there were at least three staff people visible, why no hello we 'll be with you in a minute with a menu at least? We wanted to try the place but decided not to wait any more. First impressions are so important!
