Bidra med feedbackAfter finally getting through the drive-thru, we waited nearly 11 minutes to place our order as there was one car in front of us at the window. We sat and waited until someone noticed we were there. Eventually, we had to speak up ourselves. The car in front of us left, and there were only four cars in the parking lot. It was 7:40 PM. The employee thanked us for waiting but informed us that they were almost closed and had run out of several items. When asked if we wanted her to inform them, we declined. It was disappointing to learn that they stopped making food an hour before closing.
Nice Panda had not many options left, but had my options lol. The staff was quick and friendly! And the food was fresh and hot.
So if u go there and u can say the chicken I wanted has been sitting for some time.... so I wondered if she could make fresh chicken, the girl is all we have now! The last time I'll go there!
The restaurant was pretty empty so not sure y there were dirty tables. Also they were out of the stuffed animal pandas n weren't sure if or when they'll get more, my little girl was very sad n what didn't make much sense is the lady at first didn't know what I was talking about when we asked for one she handed me a cup. May 29 Stopped in to g lunch and let's just say I was very disappointed. The were out of warm sweet n sour sauce, egg rolls, and their white rice was under cooked big time. The last about 25 was transferring rice from a big pan to the warmer, no gloves or hair net. Then no gloves while serving anyone most of the tables were dirty and again there were barley any one there when we arrived plenty of chance to clean them. Good thing I bring Clorox wipes wherever we go to eat etc. I really hope they turn things around
The restaurant always runs out of food 30 minutes before closing time. It seems like the manager needs to improve their time management skills. Alternatively, they could consider closing earlier with a full menu to avoid upsetting customers daily.
