Einstein Bros. Bagels - Waukesha

I ordered on the website for 8:00. I did it there at 7:56 to get my food. The shaker was melted and the food was cold. I spoke my thing and wanted my food and my shake to be restored and she showed an evil attitude. After they made my food new, I went home and realized they misunderstood my order. Instead of a French toast bagel, they gave me a simple bagel. Worst experience. 0/10 would recommend?t.

I 'll change my review back to five stars when they bring back the bagel crust on the bagelrito. this taco version stinks compared to the original. so disappointed. DEAR CORPORATE, IF IT AIN 'T BROKE DON 'T FIX IT. if you made this change to save adollar in your own pockets, all i have to say is you 're being selfish.

I'm really frustrated with this place. It's disappointing, especially when the only entrance is open. It would be better if they just closed down. It's so unreliable—there have been many times when I couldn't even get in. I'm tired of wasting my time driving all the way from Brookfield to meet a friend here. Just close it already!

The restaurant is advertised as open on weekdays until 2:00 AM, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I was there for only 20 minutes, arriving at 1:50 AM on April 29, 2022, and they closed early. It's disappointing when they don't stick to their posted hours. Why is that acceptable?

I expressed my concerns and requested that my food and shake be remade, but the staff member I spoke with was quite rude. After they remade my order, I went home only to find that they had gotten it wrong. Instead of a French toast bagel, I received a plain bagel. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had. I would rate it 0/10 and definitely do not recommend it.
