Cousins Subs - Waukesha

Not only good food, but in the last two days I came through the drive through the sweetest worker gave me supplements that only make my heart smile. It adds my great experience with cousins. She's doing my day!

Jesse!! He helped so much and made my order more than just a simple transaction, and more of a true experience at a Cousins resturan.

Would have given it 5 stars if they had gluten friendly bread.

Cousins has been, and continues to be, my favorite place for subs. But, I was pretty disappointed today. I ordered a classic turkey sub and Italian special sub. The turkey came with only turkey and lettuce. No tomato, onion or mayo, not sure why. The Italian special came with the meat in a ball all on one end of the bread. I ended up ?rebuilding? the sandwich when I got home. I?ll continue to visit Cousins, but I?d like the staff to take a little more pride in the product they produce.

I used the Drive thru this visit...order was correct and quick. My fries were still hot upon my return home (less than 5 minute drive) but my Meatball sub (which I love) was lukewarm , not warm enough. I like gooey melted cheese so 5 extra minutes in the oven at 350 degrees crisps the bun, heats the Meatballs and melts the cheese...unfortunately I have to do this every time but worth it. I love the flavor the sauce brings to the sub. Look for coupons, my fries were free with a sub purchase!
