Bidra med feedbackGreat neighborhood Mexican restaurant! They have a large patio for those that enjoy dining outdoors. They have great happy hour deals and delicious margaritas. Chips and salsa with your meal when you dine in.
Beans looked and tasted like they were out of a can, rice had no flavor, it was horrible
Uncle julios is really bad and tired of Bel-Air, so it is really the only other Mexican restaurant in general. better than the two, but nothing that bleeds my sock. the drinks were not too bad and the food is content, definitiw a nice atmosphere but. the steak fajita burrito with blue tropical breeze (or something like that)
So honesty here! We are new to this area but I find that the Mexican food is not Mexican food I'm not sure if it's because of the culture here but I am not used to it! I ordered carne asada plate my husband ordered a burrito asada so the beans taste like they got a can of rosarita and doctored it up the rice has too much cumin for my liking but still had good flavor and it wasn't crunchy it was perfect the asada was not asada it was more like cuts of steak but the meat did have good flavor it was a little dry tho. My husband said that he doesn't like lettuce in his burrito he found that to be weird but he said it was really good to him he enjoyed his burrito. I as most of you know that read my reviews know that.... okay I'm a cynic! I was impressed by their guacamole they used real avocados the downfall to this time was that I found pieces of the outside of the avocado but I called them and I told them and he gave me a credit for my meal which was amazing and appreciated because I was pretty sad about that. So upside real avocado, grilled onions! Found it odd that they cut up my jalapeno... Like why?
Tacos were okay. Can’t beat the price for 1.50 on Tuesday.. nice bar area with couple tvs
