Jimmy John's - Waukee

I have driven to this Jimmy Johns, and left the drive through immediately after recalling the kind of service they provide. It's worth driving to a different one. You deserve better for your money. The one on Hickman is great, so is the one on Jordan Creek. You will notice a stark difference. I would rather not eat than spend another 10min in this dive through to get the wrong order from employees that aren't courteous to their customers. I've tried communicating my issues, but have never heard back from management.

This Jimmy John's will not deliver to any location more than 2 minutes away, and when reaching out to corporate they said that each location should deliver to any address within a 5 minute radius. The drive through at 1pm was also incredibly slow, it took over 20 minutes to complete two orders. I am a huge fan of Jimmy Johns but this location has room for some major improvements

Took a chance on ordering delivery knowing it could probably take a while with staffing shortages. Sandwich was quite late but staff was honest and up front about possible delays and got it to me as quick as they could. Excellent service despite delays.

You could cook a steak faster than you could get a sandwich at this place not to mention my order wasn?t even close to what I wanted then had to ask for chips that I ordered wanted mayo got ranch took my money sat in line waiting they opened the window up and said is everything OK and hadn?t even given me my chips yet by far the worst Jimmy John?s I?ve ever stopped at!

Have problems almost every time we order from them. Took an hour and a half to get two sandwiches. Ordered in the morning before lunch time. One of them was the wrong sandwich. Can't really blame Covid on things. You have one job...to make a sandwich. I get the same thing every time, Vito, no lettuce, and somehow it's wrong almost every time.
