Biscuits Cafe - Watkins

Used to be a fairly decent place. They gave me virtually nothing to eat this last time and wouldn't budge on it. The appeal of this place was that they gave good size portions. Apparently no longer.

I ordered a steak dinner to be cooked medium and it was well done. Garlic toast had no garlic and very small portions.

Good food and service crappy parking lot for big rigs. Great big holes . Dated interior and exterior but so what good food. Next to Tomahawk truckstop

What can I say but I do love the mom and pops. Shitty looking inside and out but the food was great as was the service. The place was clean just basically an open space with tables and booths I really don't recall any artwork or nick naks or tv for the eye to look at while you waited for food. It's next to the Tomahawk truckstop and the only reason for a one star deduction is big holes in parking lot. Big holes. I order biscuits and gravy with 2 overeasy eggs. 10 bucks with cofefe not bad. The waitress kept my cuo full at all times. I'll be back

Meh. Wanted to stop and eat at a local diner on our way through on I-70. Thought it looked cute and would have some good biscuits. It was decent but nothing special. Our waitress was strange and seemed drunk or something. It was a weird experience. I wouldn't go back.
