Bidra med feedbackUpon arriving and being seated, everything seemed fine. However, we encountered a few issues during our meal. We requested no ice in our Pepsi and my son's orange juice had a strange white film on top. Additionally, my wife's hot wings and chili nachos were missing the chili, while my chili dog arrived cold. The restaurant was not very busy for a Saturday, with four floor staff running the front of house. Despite multiple items being sent back, there were no check backs from the staff. We also noticed that the hot lamps were not on, causing the food on the shelf to get cold. It was difficult to get the attention of the staff for a refill, as they never came to our table to check on us. Normally, my family enjoys visiting Ed's when we go to an INTU complex, but our experience at the Watford branch was disappointing this time.
I went to this restaurant with my mom and sister for breakfast and pancakes. The service was lovely and the menu was really fun. We were seated promptly at 9 am when they opened, but unfortunately, they were out of brown bread.
The service was not very good, possibly because they were understaffed due to the holiday season and being busy. The food was enjoyable and served hot, just as expected. I would have liked another drink, but the server did not return. Overall, it was okay. I may come back, but only if I am looking for a quick meal.
We were told there would be a 40 minute wait, which was fine. But you’d think if anything the food would be cooked after 40 minutes? Or would at least be warm? Came out not even steaming and cold to touch. Slow service won’t be coming again
Just wanted to say food was fantastic we had burgers, fries and milkshakes and all great. The best burger I have had personally in a long while. Staff were fantastic can not fault the place/ food and service . Thank you
