Gouda Q - Watertown

Had the Gouda Nachos and Gouda Pulled pork sandwich both were phenomenal. The owners were also very personable and great to talk to. I highly recommend it.

I have been trying to get to a Gouda Q truck for over a year, and it was worth it. They are frequently at our small town brewery. I feel like they have great prices for the amount of food in your container. Our sandwich order came with two sandwiches loaded with meat and cheese. The flavors were fabulous. And these nachos were some of the best I have had in a long time. The meat and the cheese have such excellent flavor. The salsa was great. Chips weren't stale. I can't wait for them to be back in town.

This is one of the best food trucks! Everything there is amazing, you really can't go wrong. Their signature dish is the Insanely Gouda Nachos, a must try. The smoked Gouda sauce is to die for. You'll want it on everything! The prices may seem higher than compared to some other food trucks, but you get what you pay for. The portions are very generous (really, compare it to what you get at another truck), and the quality is always top-notch. All the meat is smoked for around 12 hours and the rub is homemade. Very authentic BBQ and delectable Tex-Mex. You won't be disappointed, give them a try!

This is the BEST food truck nachos I've ever had. Period. Thank goodness we happened upon them when we went to a brewery near our lake cabin with my parents! Everything was so fresh and delicious they even make the chips by hand and they are so. Good. Seriously, can't wait to have them again!
