I live just around the corner and am a regular customer at this restaurant. I've never had any issues with them, but I usually stick to ordering burgers and chips. The portions of chips are enormous, even the regular size. If you opt for the large, you really get a large serving! I typically have my meal in the evening and end up skipping breakfast the next day because it's so filling. I've visited many times and have never encountered any problems. The only minor concern I have, which doesn’t affect the quality of the food, is that the ceiling wiring in the dining area looks like it could use some attention. It appears to have been installed by someone who isn't a qualified electrician, which I happen to be. I’m not seeking work, just making an observation, as I tend to notice wiring wherever I go.

This is a locally owned Chinese mixed fish and chip shop and takeaway. While it may not be anything extraordinary, everything is just as it should be. The prices are quite reasonable, and the portion sizes, especially for the fish and chips, are generous. The staff are always friendly too.

The fish and chips are decent here, but I can't speak to the quality of the other Chinese dishes.
