Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We visited the Swiss Chalet last weekend and had no good experience. Our service was incredibly slow, lasted at least 20 minutes before we were recognized at our table, and then took another long time to get our drinks / food. When we received our meals, I reminded them that I ordered a bunch of soup. I said I'm fine not getting the soup as long as I'm not charged for it, but they still brought it. When it was time to pay, we tried to use a $10 voucher, but our server brought it back and said we couldn't use it because we bought a package? It didn't make any sense because it was a menu item! We will not return to this place.

Friendly staff, good food and the perfect place to go with your family, we had a very friendly server Isaiah who was great with our children and we go back and see him weekly! The best Siwss chalet in the area that and highland are... the best!

Tried the new crispy sandwich Nashville with ice cream was made to perfection . My friends thought it would be no good was amazing keep up the great service at the boardwalk
