Nuri Village - Waterloo

We visited this restaurant on a hot September weekend. The inside was very warm and they had a big fan and a portable A/C running. The portable A/C was blowing warm air. We ordered a buckwheat noodle in cold beef soup to combat the heat. Also ordered a jajangmyeon and a bulgogi bibimbap. The food and side dishes were average. It was busy that night so it was really noisy. Service was just minimum.

I rarely eat Korean food. I just went there by accident, and found out it’s a real gem in University Plaza! I don’t know what to order, and asked for an advice, I told the owner I’m a meat-eater, then she suggest potato pork bone hot pot. It’s fabulous! Very tasty! And the potion is very good! I will definitely go there again! BTW, their Kimchi is 100x better than the one from Costco.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was shocked to find a fly in the pork bone soup. it was truly disgusting. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Omggggggggggggg they’re the best. I became their regular since I moved to Waterloo. Must try cheeseling boneless fried chicken and bulgogi.

$28.19 after tax for portion like this lol sauce is super sour and the meat is meh you are better off ordering at onnuri. This place used to be better few years ago, not sure what
